Threat levels
The Department of Homeland Security established the following color-coded threat system:
RED: Severe risk of terror attacks
ORANGE: High risk of terrorist attacks
YELLOW: Elevated, or significant risk of terrorist attacks
BLUE: Guarded, or general risk of terrorist attacks
GREEN: Low risk of terror attacks
