UW-Whitewater's new faculty kick it up a notch
Released: December 8, 2003
Starting on February 2, 2004, 12 new UW-Whitewater faculty voices will be heard at the spring 2004 Fairhaven Lecture Series titled “New Voices: Exploring New UW-Whitewater Faculty Talents.” The lectures held weekly on Mondays, begin Feb. 2 and conclude April 26 and are located in the Fellowship Hall of the Fairhaven Retirement Home, at 435 W. Starin Road in Whitewater. Presentations are free and open to the public and will last 30-35 minutes with a Q & A session following.
“It is an opportunity to view the diverse talents of newly hired faculty members,” said John Kozlowicz, UW-Whitewater political science department chair and Fairhaven Lecture Series coordinator. “To often we have focused on the more senior faculty. This series will showcase our young, bright and highly talented new faculty members.”
This series is a public service activity offered by the office of Graduate Studies and Continuing Education. For more information contact John Kozlowicz at (262) 472-1120.
