Management Professor Receives Fulbright Scholar Award

University of Wisconsin – Whitewater Professor Tom Bramorski was recently awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant to teach courses within the Modern College of Business and Science in Muscat, Oman. He will also help develop and market business programs to professional businesses around the area. Bramorski is one of approximately 800 U.S. faculty and professionals who will travel abroad to some 140 countries for the 2005-06 academic year through the Fulbright Scholar Program.

Recipients of Fulbright Scholar awards are selected on the basis of academic or professional achievement. Bramorski previously received a Fulbright grant in 1998 when he traveled to the Poznan Academy of Economics in Poznan, Poland. He also offers training seminars supported by the Center for Business Development under the Soros Foundation and guest lectures at Umea, Sweden, a partner institution for UW-Whitewater.
