Young Scholars Program Seeks Instructors

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, in cooperation with the Area Gifted and Talented Network, is once again seeking instructors for its Saturday Young Scholars Program.
Classes begin Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006, and run for six consecutive Saturday mornings from 9:30-11:30 a.m. All classes are held on the UW-Whitewater campus and run for two hours.
Past Young Scholars Programs have included courses in anatomy, art, astronomy, chemistry, chess, computer graphics, dance, drama, foreign languages, philosophy, wildlife ecology and the world of carnivorous plants. The program is not only seeking new class offerings, but also instructors for topics offered in the past. Instructors will receive $400 for their work.

The deadline for proposals is Tuesday, Oct. 25.
