Library to hold workshop on ‘Buying and selling on eBay’

The Friends of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Library is sponsoring a workshop “Buying and selling on eBay” from 1:30-3 p.m., on Friday Dec. 2 at the University Library Bibliographic Instruction, room L2211. Martha Stephenson, bibliographic instruction coordinator, will conduct this hands-on workshop.
EBay is the major Internet marketplace, where individuals and companies can buy and sell all types of merchandise. If you are interested in attending garage sales, antiquing or bargain hunting without leaving the comfort of your home, this workshop is for you. Issues such as registering, comparison pricing, listing, bidding, making and receiving payments, shipping feedback, security and fraud will be covered.
