Candidates for head football coach on campus this week

Released: December 18, 2006

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is prepared to sustain its athletic excellence as it moves forward with the search for its next head football coach.  Bob Berezowitz has left a significant and lasting impression while leading the Warhawk Football program to over 158 career wins, including two consecutive trips to the NCAA Division III Championship game. The time has come, however, for Warhawk Football to take the next step with a new leader.

On-campus interviews of four potential candidates will be held this week.  Anyone interested in hearing a presentation from each of the candidates are welcome to attend an Open Forum in the Williams Center (183BC).  All Open Forums run from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
