Warhawks Unite invite students to come together and play
Released: April 22, 2008
If you need a break from studying for finals, Warhawks Unite has the solution for you. “Game Night” will be hosted by Warhawks Unite Friday, April 25 from 8-11 p.m in the CBM Memorial Lounge in Wells hall.
Students can expect classic board and card games, such as Monopoly, Life, UNO, Phase 10 and others. The event, along with food and beverages, is free to all University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students who bring their university ID.
“Whitewater students should attend this event because it’s a good way to interact with other students,” said Carolina Calvillo multicultural student council chair. “It’s also a great way to relax and take some time off studying for finals.”
“Game Night” is the third event “Warhawks Unite” will host this semester. Following “Game Night” the student goup will host one last event, a May 7 cookout in Starin Park.
