900 courtesy tickets available to students for Saturday’s football game

The playoffs are familiar territory for the University of Wisconsin – Warhawks who have marched through the playoffs to reach the Stagg Bowl each of the past three years. That journey will start again this Saturday, Nov. 22 as the Warhawks will take on the Johnnies of Saint John’s University at noon at Perkins Stadium.

UW-Whitewater students have three opportunities to obtain free tickets to the game. Students can obtain them by going to the Career and Leadership Development office between 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Students may also pick up tickets at the DLK Enterprises office on 144 N. Tratt Street from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Students living in the residence halls may pick up tickets at the front desk of Goodhue Hall from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. There are only 900 courtesy tickets available.

Other ticket prices for the game are $10 for general admission, $4 for youth (high school age and under) and senior citizens (65 and older). The tickets can be purchased at the gate or at the ticket office in the Greenhill Center of the Arts from 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. They can also be purchased over the phone by calling 262-472-2222.
