Campus beautiful: Time lapse video captures UW-Whitewater, community
Over the course of 10 days, UW-Whitewater student Cody Sheehy placed his GoPro video camera at 23 different locations on campus and in the community.
What he captured is stunning - unique cloud formations, water cascading down rocks, the sunset behind an autumn tree canopy.
"UW-Whitewater is such a beautiful place, so I thought it would be a cool project," Sheehy said.
A marketing and entrepreneurship major from Mosinee, Sheehy started fiddling with GoPro video cameras in April 2012 as a way to record his wakeboarding experiences on the Wisconsin River.
"The creativity you can have and the angles you can get are incredible. I had so much fun doing it that I decided to make more videos."
He's also filmed in Alaska, Ireland, Switzerland, Italy and the United Kindom.
