Construction Updates: Getting to Campus

Motorists headed to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater this summer and fall will encounter road construction projects that may require detours.

Visitors are advised to allow extra time to arrive for Warhawks SOAR (Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration) orientation sessions, Warhawk Premiere Days, campus tours and youth camps.

Milwaukee Street: In the city of Whitewater, reconstruction of Milwaukee Street will cause temporary closures and delays beginning April 30. Travelers from the east on Milwaukee Street are advised to turn north on Newcomb Street, then left on Main Street to campus. Construction is expected to last through October.
