University Health and Counseling Services (UHCS) is pleased to offer a "Dealing with Test Anxiety" workshop that will help students learn strategies to decrease anxiety and improve test-taking confidence. If you know someone who is stressed about tests, please encourage him or her to check out this free hour-long workshop led by UHCS Counselor Gwen Hering. This workshop is open to all students and will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 6 p.m. on the second floor of the Ambrose Health Center.
If you are a professor who is interested in offering class credit to students who attend, there will be a sign-up sheet at the event. After the event you will be emailed a list of your students who attended the workshop.
If you have any questions, or desire accommodations, please call 262-472-1305.
