Cayuse is now being used for all grant submissions both internal and external. It is also being used for all IRB protocol submissions. Use your Net ID with all lower case letters to sign in. Training session sign-up is available at MyUWW.

CITI Training is mandatory for all IRB and IACUC protocols.
Please note that you will not be able to enter Cayuse IRB for at least 48 business hours after completing CITI training.

University of Wisconsin - Whitewater
Noelle Wilharm is a Grant Officer with the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She has been at the university since 2014 where she started as a Financial Specialist auditing travel in Financial Services. After one year, she was promoted to Accountant and was assigned to special projects as assigned by the Controller.
After beginning as the Business and Communications Officer in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, she was able to move to her current position due to a vacancy. Noelle hopes to promote research on campus and build partnerships while supporting faculty and staff in their research pursuits. She handles the business functions of the office, updates the website for the department, and enjoys finding new opportunities to promote research on campus.
Noelle received a B.S. in Accounting with a Business Information Systems Sequence from Illinois State University.
