Reading/grammar: The students worked on their comprehension skills in small groups.
Math: The students worked with each other on proportions in class.
Science: The students had class in a lecture classroom and took notes from the overhead projector
July 16 Afternoon
Science Lab: The students dissected diapers and poured water inside to see how much the diapers could hold.
They also mixed, glue, water, and other materials, along with some food coloring to make their very own silly puddy!
Computer Tech: The students worked with partners on designing a flyer for their own business.
