- Rock wall climb
- 10 yard football pass
- With ball in hand complete the following events: high knees, agility ladder, heavy bag maze, jump over 4ft "mailbox."
- Drop football, pickup basketball shoot a lay-up.
- Crawl through 10 suspended rings approxaimately 7ft of the ground.
- Dribble a soccer ball through 3 pillars and shoot a goal.
- Spring 40 yards to goal line.
- Next team member is released to start climbing th rock wall.
