What is the WIRSA State Tournament?

The WIRSA basketball tournament is a state extramural tournament. There are both Men's and Women's divisions. It is open to all university/college affiliated intramural teams and any intramural team can participate! It is not limited to universities intramural champions. Often time's schools try to put together intramural "All Star" teams to compete.
