|The Orientation Program is a FREE program that provides you with basic fitness knowledge to get you started with your personal fitness program, including strnght and cadiovascular conditioning.|
How do I Sign-Up for an Orientation?
|Stop by the University Fitness (basement of Wells Hall) or the Williams Center Weight Room to sign-up. You will recieve a call to schedule an appoinment with one of the Orientation Leaders.
