Personal Training is Individualized Instruction that Incorporates one's health history, goals, and current lifestyle into a comprehensive and educational exercise program that meets the client's specific needs, whether those include general health and fitness goals, weight loss, or sport-specific training.
The Assessment is a 1-hour appointment where the Personal Trainer wil discuss your goals as well as administer a series of exercise tests. Participants MUST have a Fitness Membership and be cleared for participation from the Rec Sports Office.
EACH client is required to fill out a registration form. Both can be found in Williams Center 100 (Rec Sports Office), the University Fitness Center, or can be printed off from here. Once completed, turned in together, and approved, a Personal Trainer will be assigned. Please be aware that this COULD take up to 5 business days. All sessions expire one year from date of purchase.
