Students
The Registrar's Office staff provides services related to the creation and maintenance of your academic record. We assist with student registration, issue official transcripts, administer enrollment and degree verifications, award degrees, and distribute diplomas. We are your source for the Undergraduate Catalog, Schedule of Classes, and Academic Calendar. The Registrar's Office is also the home for Veteran's Services.
Faculty & Staff
The Registrar's Office staff provides information and services to UW-Whitewater faculty and staff. We facilitate and support grade submission, coordinate the Schedule of Classes, publish the Undergraduate Catalog and oversee curriculum, set the Academic Calendar, and provide guidance regarding policies and standards such as FERPA. We are also responsible for the certification of eligibility for students in intercollegiate athletics and students receiving veteran's benefits.
