Student Information
- Active Students - List of active students for the current/active term of your choice in the majors/minors of your choice. Historical terms are not available. Sort the Academic Load column and exclude students with the No Units value to select only enrolled students.
- Advisee List - List of students assigned to one advisor.
- Degree Candidates - This query provides contact information for students expecting to graduate having the academic plan(s) of your choosing.
- Advisee List (modified) - This version gives a list of studetns assigned to one or more advisors of your choosing and the results now include any advising holds each student may have. - Instructions for the modified query.
Class Information
- E-mail by Class - List of student UWW Email addresses by class.
- Addresses by Class - List of student addresses by class.
Department Specific Reports
- List of Reports created for Specific Departments
To receive access to Query Library you will need to complete or have on file a Compliance Form.Once that form has been submitted, complete the Access Request & Authorization form.
