Tutt & Wellers Hall Triple Application Form

The Triple Room Application Process for the 2013-14 academic year will occur February 26 - March 5, 2013.

1. Click Here to go to Student Portal.
2. Login using your student id and birthday.
3. Click on "Triple Application" from the menu on the left.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Take one triple application with ALL 3 SIGNATURES AND 3 SIGNED Contract Acceptance Forms to
   1st Floor Goodhue Hall by 4:00PM March 5th.
