THE SEXUAL ASSAULT SURVIVOR ASSISTANCE  TEAM OFFERS

• Faculty, staff and graduate students trained to provide resources, information and advocacy. Please click on the SASA team link and meet the SASA team members. Signs are also posted on SASA team member doors.
  
• Compassionate, confidential support. We are not required to take down your name. We will believe you, support you, empower you and be there so you don't have to go through it alone.
  
• Someone who understands the effects of sexual assault with whom you may safely talk through your thoughts and feelings at your own pace withour fear of being judged.
  
• Information on resources to help you recover from the experience of sexual assault.
  
• Advocacy while you file a police report and transportation if needed, if you decide to file one.
  
• Advocacy while you file a complaint with the University conduct officer, if you decide to file one,

• Resource information and support for friends, roommates, family and partners of students and employees who have been sexually assaulted.
