Diplomas

The Registrar's Office will mail diplomas to the address the graduate listed on the data card. Graduates complete this data card when they meet with the Graduation Examiner in the Registrar's Office. Diplomas will be mailed within 2 months after the ceremony. Should an address change during this time, please notify the Registrar's Office immediately. If there are any financial holds on a student’s record, the Registrar will hold the diploma until all obligations are met.
