"Come Together" -- Family Fest 2008!

The deadline for Family Fest tickets has passed.
The "Far Out Food and Fun" event is sold out. Tickets for the football game may be purchased at the Stadium on game day for regular price. Tickets for Revolution at the Young Auditorium may be purchased via the UW-W website or by calling ticket services (262-472-2222.)

You're invited to enjoy some funky family time on Saturday, October 4! Get set for food, fun, football and a tribute to the "Fab Four" at this year's Family Fest... 60's style!!

Hang loose with your Warhawk in the morning. Then get set for "Far Out Food and Fun" at the Kachel Field House from 10:30a.m. - 12:30p.m. The ticket price for this event includes:

• Caricatures from artist Renaldo Hernandez of “About Faces”
• Professional Family Photo with Willy Warhawk
• Face Painting
• Games & Prizes
• Performance by the UW-W Dance Team
• Welcome from Chancellor Richard Telfer
• 60’s luncheon featuring Bob Dylan’s Chili Cheese Dog, Rolling Stone’s  Meatball Sandwich, You Say You Want a Revolution Steak Sandwich, Hippy Hummus Wrap, Jimmy Hendrix Baked Beans, Everyone’s Favorite Macaroni Salad, Chips, Woodstock Brownies, Co-Op Cookies and assorted beverages.

After some "Far Out Food and Fun", make your way to Perkins Stadium for some "Fab Football!" Watch our defending NCAA Division III National Champion Warhawks take on conference foe UW-LaCrosse. Kick-off is at 1:00 p.m.

After the game, relax and enjoy dinner with your Warhawk in Whitewater. Then it's time for "Revolution: A Tribute to the Beatles" at 7:30 p.m. in the Young Auditorium. To everyone who has ever loved the "Fab Four," this tribute to the Beatles' most memorable songs is a must-see event. Hear renditions of the Beatles favorite songs from Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Abbey Road, Rubber Soul, and more. Celebrate the Music, the Magic, and the Mania of the Fab Four!
