UW-W Class of 2013...It's Your Turn!
Sunday, August 30, noon - 5:00 p.m.
Pick up your Club Access Pass on at the Club U-Dub-Dub check-in tent located near Fischer and Goodhue Halls. Your Access Pass is your admission to all Club events. You'll also receive your Club U-Dub-Dub schedule and other important information.
Monday, August 31
Club kick off begins at 9:00 a.m. or 10:15 a.m. dependent upon which club # you've been assigned to. Be sure to check your schedule to insure that you attend the correct kick-off session. After kick-off you'll meet your Peer Mentor and the other new Warhawks in your club. The afternoon will feature exciting events and sessions including Hawk Fest featuring food, music, entertainment, university offices and Whitewater businesses. Then get set for the premier event of Club U-Dub-Dub, "R U Purple?!"our tradition-building event. Become the 2nd class at UW-W to experience this! It's your turn!!! The day's events will wrap up around midnight.
Tuesday, September 1
Your Club experience continues as we help you prepare for the start of classes. You'll learn some important info and attend your final clubhouse meeting as well as Convocation 2009. At Convocation you'll find out which club won the "Club U-Dub-Dub spirit award." You'll see yourself and others on the HUGE video screen in the Club U-Dub-Dub finale slide show. The program ends around noon so that you will have the afternoon to take care of any university/personal business before classes begin the next day.
Commuter students unable to check-in on Sunday should check-in on Monday morning from 8:15 - 8:45 a.m. at Young Auditorium.
