Information for Company Award

The company award was created to recognize a company making significant contributions to address environmental and sustainability issues.

To be considered for the award, the following information must be provided:

1. Nominee name, address, telephone number and email address (if available).
2. Nominator name, address, telephone number and email address (if available).
3. A description, which need be no longer than one page, briefly summarizing how the nominee has contributed to the achievement of environmental sustainability.
