Sustainable Food Choices
There are many aspects to consider when choosing a food that is produced sustainably. A food item can be organic, fair-trade, or local... or a combination of any of these features. Even vegetarian options provide a greater level of sustainability because raising animals for meat requires more resources. Chartwells has responded to interest in this area as well and has begun to supply sustainable food options.
