Energy Efficiency

Energy efficiency measures have the greatest and most immediate impact on cost reduction and curbing greenhouse gas emissions.  Often, these “low-hanging fruits” are not as noticeable or glamorous as installing renewable energy systems, but have a much greater return on their investment.  This has resulted in a 17% reduction in energy use per square foot since 2005.
