The Healthy U newsletter was sent out twice per month via email to UW-W students, staff and faculty subscribers until May, 2009. Archived issues can be accessed below.

Students currently receive the monthly online magazine, Student Health 101.

Each issue also contained a stress managment or authentic happiness column, What's New, valuable links and a column on the items in the Wellness Resource Center.
