Undergraduate Research Day
UWW UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH DAY, April 2, 2008
Locations: All events are in the UC Ballroom, 2nd floor of the UC, except the oral sessions, which are in smaller rooms, nearby and also on the UC second floor.
11am-12 noon: Poster set-up. Please come during this time to set up your poster. If needed, you may be able to get in 9am-11am. Please use the poster stands on the N side, toward the windows, first. If you have to set up between 12 noon and 1pm, please choose a stand toward the back and be very quiet (the Performing Arts session will probably be under way).
12 noon-12:10pm: Welcome from Chancellor Telfer; UC Ballroom, N side.
12:10pm-12:55pm: Performing Arts Session (Theater, Music); UC Ballroom, N side.

If this is not possible they should contact the chair of their session directly and make alternative arrangements to provide their presentations.

Note: All participants are expected to attend the Welcome, the Performing Arts Session and some or all of the Poster Session; Oral Session attenndance is also encouraged, of course. Letters documenting participation in a University activity (and therefore requiring accommodation by faculty) are available for all presenters/performers from Prof. McKinnon (urp@uww.edu). Attendance at posters of poster-presenters will be checked. Award finalists (you will be notified in advance) MUST attend the 3pm awards session.
