Graphic Design Guidelines
1. Most commercial printers expect 4-color print jobs to be submitted on disk using exact specifications that are compatible with their equipment software. Commercial printing technology is constantly changing. Therefore, before designing any print job contact the Print Technician at Printing Services for technical advice or utilize the professional on-campus graphic design services available through Photographics, located in the Andersen Building, room L-1220.
2. Some black ink only or single color off-campus print jobs can be submitted in hard copy form using black type or images on white paper. However, before designing an off-campus print job contact the Print Technician for graphic design requirements.
3. All print orders must be accompanied by a completed and signed Off-Campus Print Order Form. Most jobs require 3- 4 weeks for delivery from the time the final graphic design and order form have been submitted to Printing Services.
