1. To advise and recommend on matters that enhance the aesthetic quality of the campus and its usefulness in fulfilling the mission of the University.
2. To participate in the development and maintenance of a master land use plan, including site location for buildings and other facilities, by advising and making recommendations on alternatives.
3. To advise on and initiate policy in the areas of building architecture, landscape architecture, and aesthetics.
4. To advise on overall concepts that guide decisions regarding the appearance of the campus.

1 Faculty member from and elected by the faculty of each constituency
2 Faculty members elected by the Faculty Senate
1 Representative of Student Affairs chosen as the Assistant Chancellor for Student Affairs shall determine
1 Representative of Administrative Affairs chosen as the Assistant Chancellor for Administrative Affairs shall determine
1 Classified employee selected by classified employees in a manner to be determined by the Assistant Chancellor of Administrative Affairs
1 Student chosen as Whitewater Student Government shall determine

Ex Officio Assistant Chancellor for Administrative Affairs (Administrative Liaison)

TERM

The College of Arts & Communication, College of Business and Economics, Other Constituency, Faculty Senate, and Administrative Affairs shall select one member in the spring of each even-numbered year. The College of Education, College of Letters and Sciences, Faculty Senate, Student Affairs and classified employees shall select one member in the spring of each odd-numbered year. All terms except the term of the student member shall be two years.
