FUNCTION

The UW-System Task Force on Competition with the Private Sector in 1988 established formation of a Competition Review Committee at each UW institution. The committee would be responsible to the Chancellor for reviewing major new competitive activities as well as ongoing activities whose appropriateness has been questioned.
