Part of the 2017 Campus Diversity Forum, One Drop of Love is a multimedia one-woman show exploring the intersections of race, class, and gender in search of truth, justice, and LOVE. Written and performed by Fanshen Cox DiGiovanni, and produced by Hollywood stars Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, the performance encourages audience interaction as Fanshen uses her family's search for identity to stimulate tough conversations about racial topics. Coupled with a half hour Q&A, One Drop of Love is a great companion to the Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles workshops taking place as part of the It Gets Better residency. Appropriate for ages 12 and above.
Vibrant and tremendously brave...One Drop of Love is an odyssey of love, of race and ultimately of redemption. . . Cox's tale will break your heart even as it heals it.~Junot Díaz, Pulitzer Prize Winner
