We've made it easy to decide where to gather with your friends before the show by offering pre-show dining experiences before four of our events this season. The chefs at A'viands Catering Services have come up with delicious themed menus for two meals, and NEW this season, popular local restaurant The Black Sheep will provide meals for two others.
Meals are served buffet style with water and coffee. A cash bar is available and seating for dinner begins 90 minutes before curtain time, providing ample time to enjoy the dining experience and conversation prior to curtain. Meals are hosted in the Kachel Center, which is adjacent to the auditorium, in tables of eight. Seating is limited - so order tickets early!

Young Auditorium is partnering with Whitewater restaurant The Back Sheep to create culinary experiences rich in local flavor. Award-winning chef Tyler Sailsbery has worked with area farmers to design delicious, locally-sourced menus inspired by two of our performances.
Western Inspired Salad Bar, Lightly Smoked Pork Loin with cherry and maple glaze, Chicken Thigh Confit with basil and blistered tomatoes with garlic and cream, Roasted Potatoes with cheese, garlic and cream sauce and fried onions, Roasted Herb and Butter Root Vegetable, Mile High Biscuits served with butter and jam, Bread Pudding with a maple glaze and fresh whipped cream. - Meal provided by The Black Sheep
