Exciting changes are coming to the Milwaukee Symphony, the 2009-10 season marks the first year of the Edo de Waart era. Maestro de Waart is only the sixth artistic director to wield the baton in MSO's fifty year history. MSO will delight audience members with a classical program, under the skillful direction of Stuart Chafetz. As the MSO looks to the future, it will continue to comfort, educate, entertain, and exhilarate the human soul through events of cultural significance, relevance, and artistic challenge and to embrace, preserve, and foster musical heritage.
