Kate (also known as K8) has played an essential role in the creative departments of many large and small companies around the Wisconsin and Illinois areas. She has been responsible for leading creative teams, most recently in a Creative Director role, for SGK Brandimage, Hanson Dodge, Jacobson Rost, Discovery World Museum and John Michael Kohler Arts Center. K8's specialities include environment and exhibit design, web design, brand strategy, advertising campaign development (social, print, TV and radio), user interface design (UI) and user experience design (UX). She's worked with clients such as Pepsi, Trek Bicycles, General Mills, Miller Brewing Co., Culver's and Harley-Davidson among others. Recent awards include an E Source Utility Award for Integrys, BMA Award for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee Campaign and an ADDY Award for The Boys and Girls Club of Green Bay.
