Registration Confirmation

All registrations received before March 29, 2017 will be confirmed by return mail. The confirmation letter will include a receipt, name badge, session tickets, a map, lunch ticket, flash drive ticket, t-shirt ticket and bag tickets, if selected. Folders with general information and schedules for the day may be picked up at the Conference Headquarters in the University Center on Friday, April 7, from 7:30a.m.-6:00p.m. and on Saturday, April 8, beginning at 7:30a.m. You will need to show your receipt to pick up your packet of conference information.

Conference Headquarters

During the conference if you have a problem or need additional information, you may go to the Conference Headquarters in the University Center. Headquarters will be open from 7:30a.m-6:00p.m. on Friday and from 7:30a.m.-5:00p.m. on Saturday.

Program Changes and Refunds

Refunds of registration fees will be made only upon receipt of a written request and return of issued tickets postmarked no later than March 24, 2017. No refunds will be made after this date. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. A $20 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater reserves the right to make changes in workshops and speakers, or to cancel workshops if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail.

Saturday Boxed Lunch

The Saturday lunch will be a box lunch featuring either a Roast Beef & Cheddar Cheese Sandwich, Turkey & Swiss Cheese Sandwich, Grilled Veggie Wrap, or Traditional Chef’s Box Salad. The salad includes freshly a baked dinner roll and butter, creamy buttermilk dressing on the side, and a cookie. All sandwiches served on chef’s selection of fresh bread with house-made chips, fresh whole fruit, cookie, and condiments. We strongly encourage participants to purchase a box lunch. Although there are restaurants in the University Center, there is limited space and lines could be long. The box lunches will be served in the University Center from 11:45-1:00p.m. Participants may stay and eat the lunch in the University Center or take it elsewhere to enjoy.

We are proud of the diversity that will be exhibited by the presenters and vendors at this conference. However, we do not assume responsibility for the information, opinions, products or services shared by the presenters and vendors. Please share your concerns directly with the presenter or vendor or take the time to complete the evaluation form which will be sent electronically following the conference. We also encourage participants to offer presenters and vendors compliments when pleased with the content of a presentation or the quality of the products or services of the vendors.

Online Registration: Step-by-Step Instructions

First, register the person who should receive the registration information.  You will be given the opportunity later to register for additional attendees.  We suggest that you have each person's session pre-selected so the system doesn't time out on you.  Please call 262-472-3165 for registration questions.

NOTE: You will not be able to register for sessions that are "SOLD OUT".  Please make a different selection.

Early Childhood Conference Registration - page one of the Online Registration

Conference Day

  1. Choose the conference days you wish to attend.
  2. If you would wish to attend a workshop for the full day on Friday, select so here.  If you only want to attend only individual sessions, select "I will not be attending workshop".
  3. Select "continue" to proceed with registration.

  1. Session Options:    
    • Select "I am not attending conference on Friday" if you are only attending on Saturday.
    • Select "I am attending a workshop at this time" if you have selected to attend a workshop on the previous page.
    • Select the sessions you wish to attend. You can review the session descriptions by clicking on the title. 
    • Early Childhood SessionYou must select an option under each session to complete the registration.
  2. Friday Additional Learning Opportunities give you a chance to attend the Critiquing and Evaluating Early Childhood Materials, if you were not able to attend during the conference.  This is an additional learning experience.  Leave unchecked if not interested in attending.
  3. Check the box next to the concert if you wish to attend. 
  4. Select "Continue" to proceed.

  1. Session Options:    Early Childhood Session
    • Select "I am not attending conference on Saturday" if you are only attending on Friday.
    • Select "I am attending a one-hour workshop at this time" if you do not want to attend a two hour session.
    • Select the sessions you wish to attend. Click on the title to review the session descriptions.
    • You must select an option under each session to complete the registration.
  2. Lunch Options:
    • Lunch on my own - you will bring your lunch or purchase lunch on your own.
    • Saturday boxed lunch - you many want to purchase one of these options and take with you to eat in the University Center, Children's Center Open House, Critiquing and Evaluating Early Childhood Materials, or elsewhere to enjoy.
    • Only one (1) may be attended at this time.
        • Critiquing and Evaluating Early Childhood Materials - this is an additional learning experience for those not able to attend during the conference.  Leave unchecked if not interested in attending.
        • Children's Center Open House is an additional learning experience.  Leave unchecked if not interested in attending.
  3. Select "Continue" to proceed.

  1. Your order details will be listed here.  You cannot make changes here, but will be able to shortly.
  2. Enter your email address.  It is encouraged to use the email address of the person who is in charge of payments. Login
  3. Under "Do you have an account with us?" select either "No, I have not registered on your site before" or "Yes" and enter your password.
  4. Check "Logon Account Only" if you are registering for someone else.
  5. Select "Continue" to proceed.

New User Page - you will get this if you are a new User

  1. Enter all fields that are required.  
  2. If you are registering for someone else: Check "Logn Account Only",  enter the information as the account holder.  
  3. Select "Create Account" to continue.

Add Registration Page - you will get this if you choose "Login Account Only"

  1.  You are now registering for another person.  You will see the title Registrant 1.
  2. Enter their information here.  
  3. Select "Add Registrant" to proceed to Payment/Verification page.

Edit Account Page - you will get this if you do not choose "Login Accout Only"

  1. Enter your information here.  
  2. Select "Save Changes" to proceed to Payment/Verification page.

          1. Do you need to Edit your order?  Yes: Complete steps below.  No: Skip to step 2.

      • Scroll to the top of the page and click Edit Items.
      • You will be taken to Early Childhood Conference Registration page and you may skip to specific page by choosing the page you would like to edit under "Options."Options
      • Make your changes.
      • Scroll to the bottom and select "Update."
      • Continue registration at step 3.

2. Do you need to register for additional people?  Yes: Complete steps below.  No: Skip to step 3.

      • Scroll to the top of the page and click Add Registrant under Order Details.Order Details
      • You will be asked for Registrant 2 information.
      • Enter their information.
      • Click "Add Registrant."
      • If you have more to register click Add Registrants, again.  Continue these steps until all are registered.
      • Continue registration at step 3.

3. Select your payment option: 

      • Choose the radio button next to Camps & Conferences if you would like to pay by check or purchase order.
      • Choose Pay by credit card if you are paying with a credit card

4. Check I agree to terms and conditions.  If you do not you will not be able to register for this conference.

5. Click "Submit" to complete the registration process.
