Your online registration and payment are always safe and secure.


For multipule registrants:  First, register the person who should receive the registration information.  You will be given the opportunity later to register for additional attendees.  Note: Each person should register themselves when requesting the group team discount.  We will match up team name to verify 8 or more are attending.  Please call 262-472-3165 for registration questions.

Registration - page one of the Online Registration

  1. Select the number and clinic(s) you would like to attend.
  2. Select "continue" to proceed with registration.

Sign In - page two of the Online Registration

  1. Your order details will be listed here.  You cannot make changes here, but will be able to shortly.
  2. Enter your email address.  It is encouraged to use the email address of the person who is in charge of payments. 
  3. Under "Do you have an account with us?" select either "No, I have not registered on your site before" or "Yes" and enter your password.
  4. Check "Logon Account Only" if you are registering for someone else or a parent registering a child.
  5. Select "Continue" to proceed.

New User Page - you will get this if you are a new User

  1. Enter all fields that are required.  Login
  2. If you are registering for someone else: Check "Login Account Only",  enter the information as the account holder.  
  3. Select "Create Account" to continue.

Add Registration Page - you will get this if you choose "Login Account Only"

  1.  You are now registering for another person.  You will see the title Registrant 1.
  2. Enter their information here.  
  3. Select "Add Registrant" to proceed to Payment/Verification page.

Edit Account Page - you will get this if you do not choose "Login Accout Only"

  1. Enter your information here.  
  2. Select "Save Changes" to proceed to Payment/Verification page.

          1. Do you need to Edit your order?  Yes: Complete steps below.  No: Skip to step 2.

  • Scroll to the top of the page and click Edit Items.
  • You will be taken to registration page.
  • Make your changes.
  • Scroll to the bottom and select "Update."
  • Continue registration at step 3.

2. Do you need to register for additional people?  Yes: Complete steps below.  No: Skip to step 3.

  • Scroll to the top of the page and select "Click Here to Add Another Camper for This Event" under Order Details.Order Details
  • You will be asked for Registrant 2 information.
  • Enter their information.
  • Click "Add Registrant."
  • If you have more to register click Add Registrants, again.  Continue these steps until all are registered.
  • Continue registration at step 3.

3. Payment option: 

  • Enter your credit card information here.

4. Check I agree to terms and conditions.  If you do not you will not be able to register for this event.

5. Click "Submit" to complete the registration process.

Email Confirmation sent

You will receive an email confirmation once you have successfully registered.

For those participants who will be receiving a payment to sponsor attendance: Register and pay only the deposit if sponsorship was a partial discount. Indicate on the registration in the Special Needs/Comments section the amount of the sponsorship you will be receiving and the name of the sponsor who will be granting it. Once we receive your sponsor's payment, we will send you an updated confirmation email. Any remaining balance remains the participant's responsibility. Any cancellations will result in the sponsorship funds being returned to the supporting organization. 

Any qualifying discounts given by the camp, like Group Team or Bring a Friend, will not be applied after you have paid in full. Be sure to use the correct registration link to receive your discount. You will be charged if you do not qualify for requested discount at the start of event. 

A processing fee will be assessed if a refund is issued due to overpayment on your account.
