You are invited to the UW-Whitewater Women’s Soccer College Prep clinic.  This clinic offers the opportunity to see the UW-Whitewater campus, athletic facilities, and work with the nationally recognized Warhawk Soccer Coaching Staff. This clinic is available to players in grades 9-12.

Limited to the first 40 registrations in each session.

Clinic Fee: $95

Registrations are taken on a first come first serve basis. 

Fees Include

The fee includes lunch, instruction and insurance. 


All registrant accounts must be paid in full three weeks (21 days) prior to the start of event. Registrants with outstanding balances after payment is due in full are subject to being removed from the event roster without refund. Please contact Continuing Education Services at prior to this deadline if extenuating circumstances prevent you from completing a payment.

In the event of a cancellation, Continuing Education Services should be notified no later than 21 days before the start of the event session in order to receive a refund, less 20% administrative fee. Cancellation requests received less than 21 days from the start of camp will receive a refund minus 50% late cancellation fee of event cost. Cancellations due to medical reasons will receive a full refund, less the 20% administrative fee, if the cancellation is requested and medical documentation is provided prior to the start of event. Valid medical cancellations must include a signed letter from a licensed physician to qualify. NO REFUNDS will be given for withdrawal due to early departures, disciplinary reasons or no show after the event has started.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to; provide registrant’s name, camp and medical documentation, if applicable. Refunds will be returned to name an address of payer.

We reserve the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment; in such as case, all fees paid will be refunded.

Received an Award, Sponsorship or Discount?

For those participants who will be receiving a sponsorship to attend this event: Register and use the promo code your sponsor gave you. The sponsorship will be deducted from your invoice.  Any remaining balance remains the participant's responsibility. Any cancellations will result in the sponsorship funds being returned to the supporting organization.

Any qualifying discounts given by the event will not be applied after you have paid in full. Be sure to use the promo code at check out to receive your discount. You will be charged if you do not qualify for requested discount at the start of event.

A processing fee will be assessed if a refund is issued due to overpayment on your account.

We have received requests in the past from schools, companies, organizations, friends and family members that would like to send their chosen registrant to a specific event. Participants should plan to arrive at 10:00 a.m. for check-in at Prucha Field at James B. Miller Stadium in the Basball Service Building near parking lot 22 in August and Berezowitz Student Athletic Complex near parking lot 24 in March.  August event will take place on soccer practice field, March event will take place at Perkins Stadium.

You are able to register using these accounts; however, you will not receive emails from us. Parking permits are required on all vehicles parked on campus at all times, with the exception of 5:00 p.m. Fridays to 11:00 p.m. Sundays. Vehicles arriving after Parking Services office hours may purchase a parking permit from the vending machine located behind the Visitor Center in the service drive. Be aware that we advise you to leave all non-essential, portable electronic devices at home (iPod, Fitbit, cell phones, etc), but ultimately it is your decision.  We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Our staff looks forward to the event and the opportunity to work with you. Parents are welcome to attend the college recruitment process discussion and tour as well as observe the trainings. Lastly, we will be ordering Subway for lunch and all campers will have the opportunity to place their order when checking in. Below is a tentative schedule for the clinic and if you have any further questions at any time please don’t hesitate to contact Coach Pottle or Coach Quamme

March Clinic: At this time we are planning to conduct the field sessions outside on the turf field in Perkins Stadium. We have also reserved gym space as a backup for the morning and afternoon training sessions if weather/field conditions do not allows us to be outside. Therefore, please prepare for the possibility of training outdoors as well as indoors and be sure to have shoes that are suitable for play on a gym floor in addition to your cleats.
August Clinic: Event will be held outside on the soccer practice fields next to Perkins Stadium.

Camp Staff

Ryan Quamme, Camp Director

Ryan Quamme

Ryan Quamme enters his seventh season as the head women's soccer coach at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2018.

Quamme entered the 2018 season ranked fifth among active NCAA Division III head coaches in winning percentage. He has led UW-Whitewater to four Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships, four WIAC Tournament titles and six NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the national quarterfinals in 2015.

Carly Pottle

Carly Pottle

Carly Pottle enters her third season as an assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's soccer team in 2019. She completed a two-year graduate assistantship with the program following the 2018 season.

Pottle helped the Warhawks reach the NCAA Tournament for the seventh consecutive season and finish with a 14-4-4 record in 2017.

A four-year member of the team from 2013-16, Pottle helped UW-Whitewater claim three Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference regular season championships, two conference tournament titles and four trips to the NCAA Tournament, including a trip to the national quarterfinals in 2015. She started all four years and finished her career among the top five in program history in goals (37), assists (20) and points (94).

Additional Staff

In addition to UW-Whitwater’s coaching staff the camp staff will consist of other collegiate, high school and youth club coaches. Current UW-Whitewater players will be staffed as camp counselors providing assistance to campers on and off the field for the duration of the camp.


Registrants are encouraged to have their own health insurance as accident insurance provided by the University is limited. Each registrant will be covered by a limited accident insurance policy. The insurance includes primary coverage up to $10,000. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries and is for accidents only. The cost of insurance is included in the registration fee.
