Walkup registrations are welcome for ONLY those events that have it posted on the website. Walkup registrations are only for when a registrant has missed the online registration deadline. Printed and completed walkup registrations must be brought to the event check in table; they will not be accepted in advance of the check in start time. We cannot guarantee a spot will be available to you, but will make every effort to post closed sessions on the event's webpage. Walkups will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis at check in for events that allow walkups, until the event is filled.
Participants wishing to attend should plan on arriving atleast 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Check event website for details whether walkups are allowed and check in location and times.

Each event has a maximum number of registrants we can accept. We reserve the right to refuse walkup registrations to ensure the safety of our registrants.
