Presenter Registration

Registrations accepted online until 5:00pm on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. We do NOT accept walk up registrations at event check-in.  Requests to register after this date based on space available can be made via email to No registrations will be honored after March 15, 2022.  No changes to attendee lists for universities who are being billed for attendee registrations will be honored after March 15, 2022.

Students do not need to pay during the registration process! We will invoice your school after March 15, 2022.

Limited to the first 600 registrants.

Only one registration form should be submitted per research team. Main authors should collect all information about their team before registering. Faculty Mentors listed in a student’s registration form or a project, do not need to register. They are automatically registered. They will receive a confirmation email after students complete registration. Faculty Mentors, please check your email!

  5. Mentor's preferred name for nametags at event (None if mentor is not attending)

  7. Name of School 
  8. Title of Presentation
  9. Presentation Type (Poster, Oral presentation, Performance Art, Visual Art)
  10. Presentation Subject (Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
  11. Arriving Date (April 21 or April 22)
  12. Abstract - we recommend that you write the abstract before you start your registration and copy and paste it into the text box (please have your mentor or advisor proofread your abstract before submission)
  13. Is your mentor(s) willing to volunteer to monitor oral presentations at Symposium? (yes, no, maybe)

Confirmation Emails
Once you register to attend an event (including waitlisted), a confirmation email will be sent to your email account. Contact if you do not receive this confirmation email.  You must have a working email address on file with us to be able to receive important announcements and updates about this event.


UW-W Students participate for FREE: bill at the UW-W registration. And no printing costs either. We pay the bill!

Presenter registration is for any person listed on a project as an author or a mentor of a presentation who will be in attendance.


  • UW System student/mentor - $95.  This fee is usually paid by your campus.  Contact your Undergraduate Research department with any questions about payment.
  • Non - UW System student/mentor - $105

Fee includes: Admission to UW System Symposium, presentation during event, meals, parking

No refunds will be given once registration has been paid. For universities receiving an invoice, changes to attendees will be possible until March 15, 2022.  After that date, we will not be able to make changes to your invoice or attendees list.
