Camps, Clinics and Conferences Walk-up Registrations

We make a promise to our Warhawks that we will provide safe environments for them to learn, work and play.

In response to campus guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Continuing Education and Camps and Conferences offices are open by appointment.  Our department remains operational with staff available Monday through Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. via phone or email.  Postal deliveries are received regularly.

Walkup registrations are welcome for ONLY those events that have it posted on the website.  Walkup registrations are only for when a registrant has missed the online registration deadline.   Printed and completed walkup registrations must be brought to the event check in table; they will not be accepted in advance of the check in start time.  We cannot guarantee a spot will be available to you, but will make every effort to post closed sessions on the event's webpage.  Walkups will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis at check in for events that allow walkups, until the event is filled.

What to Bring

• Walkup Registration and Health form
• Terms and Conditions form
• Payment for the event.  Check the event website for fees.  Exact Cash and Checks will be accepted.  Checks can be made out to UW-Whitewater.  ATMs are available in the Williams Center and University Center.
• Review event website on other items to bring.
• Summer Camps: Medication Form will need to be completed ONLY if you will be taking medications during the event. 

Check In

Participants wishing to attend should plan on arriving atleast 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.  Check event website for details whether walkups are allowed and check in location and times.

Maximum Registrations

Each event has a maximum number of registrants we can accept.  We reserve the right to refuse walkup registrations to ensure the safety of our registrants.
