The Whitewater Classic Parking

You can register one vehicle at a time. For each registration you submit you must enter the license plate number of the vehicle that you will be using to attend the show.  If you are planning on utilizing an empty parking stall as part of your tailgate you will have to enter the same license plate number for that space and keep both confirmation in vehicles driver side front window.  If you are ordering for a group you will need their license plate number before you will be able to purchase.

Registration will remain open until event is over.  Print copy in window is prefered, however; you may present your purchase to officer parking cars.

Parking Permits

• Online Sale: $10 per stall (credit card only)
• Day of Parking: $10 per stall (cash only)

Parking is first come first serve and will start filling at lot 24, them move to lots 11, 9 and 7.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for parking passes.

Confirmation Emails: Once you have registered you will see your confirmation on your device screen and also be sent an e-mail to your e-mail account for each parking stall request that you have submitted.  Contact cesevents@uww.edu if you do not receive this confirmation e-mail or moved off the confirmation screen before printing your pass.  Print copy in window is preferred, however; you may present your purchase to officer parking cars.

For your planning:

• Print off parking permit before you leave, please make sure permit email has been sent to others in your party who you have purchased permits for.  Print copy in window is preferred, however; you may present your purchase to officer parking cars.
• Parking lots will open three (3) hours before scheduled show time.
• Enter parking lot and show the attendant your parking permit, when present.
• Parking is first come, first serve.
• Place email confirmation in front, drivers side window.  Make sure the confirmation email is placed in your window properly to show your license plate and date text.  If you have reserved an extra stall for tailgating, place that confirmation also in window of the vehicle assigned to stall.  You will be ticketed if your permit is not properly displayed.

Policy

• Tailgating is allowed 3 hours prior to the sporting event it is associated.
• Tailgating is allowed for 2 hours after the sporting event concludes.
• Beer kegs, party balls, multi-quart containers of beer, and all drinking paraphernalia (including, but not limited to funnels, beer bongs, ice luges) are prohibited from tailgating because of the encouragement of rapid consumption of alcohol.
• Glass beverage containers are prohibited.
• All fires and hot coals must be contained within grills or other containers designed specifically for that purpose and are not to be left unattended.
• Only one vehicle is permitted per parking space.
• The University reserves the right to restrict vehicles and designate parking spaces for safety reasons.
• Active sports (e.g. Frisbee or football throwing) are allowed as long as the activity does not endanger anyone around them. Event staff may determine when an active sport is dangerous to those around them or is inhibiting the event.
• Tents, canopies and tables are not to inhibit traffic flow and should only be set up in designated areas of parking lots or on the grass medians surrounding the parking lots.
• Soliciting and commercial advertising is not permitted. Sales and advertising by anyone other than those approved by the University are prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed to run at large in tailgating sites or on campus, and must be leashed at all times according to local leash laws. Furthermore, animals shall not be left unattended or secured to university property. Please clean up after your pet.  No pets are allowed in the Stadium.

The University and its representatives reserve the right to adjust or restrict actions beyond those outlined in this policy to provide for the safety and security of the event.
