Passionate about changing the conversation around mental health and substance use?
Join us for a two-day advocacy event in Madison, WI August 19th-20th, 2017. Regional advocates will come together, learn about turning passion into change-making action, and spend a day developing mental health and substance abuse advocacy messaging.
On the first day, young adults will delve deeper into advocacy and change making. The second day will be completely dedicated to building advocacy messaging and figuring out unique and impactful ways to get that messaging out there. A professional production team will be onsite to work with groups on creating a video, piece of art, or drama production.
The training is a free and there will be free overnight lodging at La Quinta with transportation provided to and from the event. We hope to see you there!
The conference will take place at the Pyle Center, 702 Langdon St, Madison, Wisconsin.
