Science Discovery Day

classroomDiscover the sciences in a whole new way by taking part in hands on activities like performing organic synthesis, modeling transgenesis, walking through a 3D chemical lab in the Second Life computer program, and becoming part of the Discovery Day locational map.  Experience demonstrations on state-of-the-art equipment, such as a unique plasma reactor developed by our very own Physics Department and the Atomic Force Microscope.  See the high-tech research being completed at our campus by our undergraduate research students and faculty.  Tour our departments and labs.  Meet and greet with undergraduates and faculty who are actively doing research at UW-W. Sit down and visit with the scientific experts who will excite visitors of all ages to become more engaged in the sciences!  Get more information »
