Chux holds two doctorate degrees. A Ph.D. in International Conflict management from Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, Georgia and a doctor of Management (D.M.) from Colorado Technical University, Denver, Colorado. He teaches Management courses for junior and senior students in the College of Business and Economics for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. His research interests are in the areas of international business, business ethics, Organizational Behavior, Supervisory Management, and employee engagement in organizations.
