This program takes a scholar-practitioner approach, preparing students as future leaders in college athletics. Classroom experiences are grounded in theoretical concepts that guide organizational leadership but focus primarily on practical application. Students who complete this program will have a strong understanding of how to implement NCAA policy, apply organizational theory, collaborate across higher education units, and engage in critical decision-making processes. The program can be completed in 18 months, but can also be extended to 3 years. Classes are flexible in nature, and are offered in an evening format to cater to the needs of working adults.
