Floyd S. Rose, Ph.D. is utilizing a career span of more than 40+ years to evaluate, analyze and develop policy for private and public sector organizations concerning, sales growth, procurement practices, human resource management and policy, Floyd Rose has an extensive history both as an independent business owner and contractor providing guidance to Fortune 500 Corporations, Government Bodies and Educational Institutions. Dr. Rose earned an Associate of Arts degree in 1969 from Black Hawk College. He then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in 1971, a Master of Science degree from Western Illinois University in 1973, and a Doctorate degree from the University of Iowa in 1977. Dr. Rose is married to Mary, whom he met at Illinois State University in 1970. The couple is blessed with three children - Michelle, Floyd III, Michael, and a granddaughter, Evelyn.
