WebCheckout

WebCheckout is a site licensed system that is available for use by any department on campus.  Yearly usage fees apply.

WebCheckout is a web-based system for tracking equipment and assets.  The system allows offices and departments to easily track who equipment has been checked out to and also handles notifications and reminders when the equipment is due back.  The system also offers a self service web portal where users can browse available assets and create reservations.

WebCheckout is a vendor hosted system with a yearly license and maintenance fee.  ICIT will pay for half of the yearly cost, with the remaining half being split up between the other areas that are utilizing the system. The maintenance is paid annually in November.

  • College of Letters and Sciences
