Celebrating faculty research and achievements
November 22, 2013
Each year, faculty and staff members at UW-Whitewater undertake groundbreaking research projects across campus, from laboratory projects to published articles to musical compositions.
On Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 3 - 4:30 p.m., in the Crossman Gallery at the Greenhill Center of the Arts, the 26th annual Faculty and Staff Scholarship and Creative Achievement event will showcase these works. The event is free and open to the public.
"It is an excellent sampling from across the campus," said Barbara Bren, head of reference and instruction at Andersen library. "People can come to the reception and appreciate what their colleagues from all across campus have been doing and it might actually inspire new research."
All four colleges will be represented at the event, including faculty and staff members from other offices and departments, such as the Andersen Library, Marketing and Media Relations, and Multicultural Affairs and Student Success.
